P2P SMS Terms and Conditions

  1. Consent to Receive Messages. By opting-in to Ostroy’ messaging program called "Ostroy", you consent to receiving marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders from information collected via cookies) at the telephone number, including Short Message Service (SMS) messages. Ostroy has full control of its messaging program and reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
  2. No Condition for Purchase or Services. Your decision to opt in to Ostroy’ messaging program is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.
  3. Ostroy’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By opting in, you accept and agree to be bound by Ostroy’ privacy policy and terms of use, and you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in those policies.

  2. Rates. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages.
  3. Opt-Out. To opt out, text "STOP", “UNSUBSCRIBE” to +1347-752-4515. This is the only method for opt out. After opting out you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
  4. Help. For help, text "HELP" to +1347-752-4515.

Other.

  1. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

GROUP RIDES TO NYACK AND BACK TO STRICTLY:

• Faster 40-Miler led by the Good Guys with spirited segments, though it’s not a race, and we will regroup at times
• Social 30-Miler is a more relaxed social ride. You can catch up with your friends then catch up to the group at the top of the hills.

Post ride: All riders will enjoy complimentary coffee drinks, flavored ice, and the chance to win a set of Continental’s Archetype tires — the same ones Pogačar rode to Tour glory.
