SHIPPING

 

  • We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders $100 and over
  • $6.85 Flat rate domestic shipping on orders under $100
  • Orders placed after 6am EST typically ship the next business day.  
  • Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST with expedited services may not necessarily be delivered on the weekends.  UPS Next Day Air Saver is next business day (not next day).  
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver Orders placed after 1:30pm EST will ship the next business day. 

TRACKING

  • Tracking information will be sent once your order is processed

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE

  • What you should do when the tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received your package. 
    1. Sometimes USPS, UPS and other carriers we use mistakenly mark an item delivered or they deliver it to your neighbor by mistake.  Check your neighbors then give it a day or two, the carrier usually corrects the issue shortly after. 
    1. Contact your local post office or mail carrier with the tracking number provided. The package could be undeliverable and is at the Post Office.  For International orders please provide the tracking number to your respective carrier.  You can visit your respective carriers website with the tracking number we provided to get more information on your package.
